O49r,
The buyout was positive. It was done for stock and money ( don't know exact breakout yet) and is accretive. It will give them more revenues and earnings.
Trading pattern has me "buffaloed". Most volume in smaller amounts done at the ask but MM's aren't moving up the ask. Several moderate blocks 10,000-50,000 done more at bids. Someone is still selling in quantity and MM's aren't going to let the sell at better prices. My main hope has been that the 7 level where the 2.4 mill block from CA was sold has held. I'm still very positive on the stock and expect some upside bias in earnings. Stock should start creeping up soon.

Karl

Possibilities for buying affiliates. Cost of License fees includes commissions paid to Affiliates, hardware costs, amort. of capt soft cost and third party royalties.
I am assuming that in addition to the savings in commissions, that it will help boost revenue.

ole 49r what is you take on this up comming Q1. I have been long in this stock for 1 year. I've purchase shares at $10 and $4 range. I think longs need a good Q1.
