Chris: The Heck with the Lanzas; we're the ones who are going to need Care Packages. The Lanzas have at least 3.2 million shares of Xecom, via Top-Net; when Xecom "A" Preferred converted to common, the shares went to Top-Net, whose President is Joe's Son, Mario; of course, Joe has no control of these shares, right? But, like Joes says, he could have* he just doesn't care to do so just yet. When you get through watching Joe tap dance around this issue you have to laugh. Wes unless they have vanished* and with Joe that's possible.
