Chris:

The Heck with the Lanzas; we're the ones who are going to need Care Packages.

The Lanzas have at least 3.2 million shares of Xecom, via Top-Net*;
when Xecom "A" Preferred converted to common, the shares went to Top-Net, whose President is Joe's Son, Mario; of course, Joe has no control of these shares, right? But, like Joes says, he could have he just doesn't care to do so just yet. When you get through watching Joe tap dance around this issue you have to laugh.

Wes

*unless they have vanished and with Joe that's possible.

Chris,

I wish I did't at this point. Just like the rest of you.

See my posting to Addi.
