It seems to me it is being done without him, in spite of him-lol.

He did pick good staff. I like Blinken, Milly and Auston.

He had nothing to do with the Manchin deal. He specifically begged out of it and left it to Schumer.

All I am saying is we can do better and need to, especially as 2024 is concerned.
