We were on a cruise this summer for two weeks and didn't get anything, mostly because we masked all the time (I think). The staff were excellent about masking- the other passengers, idiots. Most were not masked and lots were hacking and sneezing. We stayed as far away from others as possible and ate in a specialty restaurant for every dinner where we could dine by ourselves (and have a window!) and be in a very low density setting. It was most excellent- especially the not getting Covid part.
