I'm not banking on it....but it sure would be nice, eh? It seems really hard to put a value on this stock because of the nature of their business. As I've stated previously, my father lives very close to the Superstition course, and area east of Phoenix, that among other things has a high number of retirees, Pops included. The last time I was there, he we played his home course, Gold Canyon. In the clubhouse signing up, 4 retired guys are just finishing off paying for their upcoming round. One guy offers to pay and the others joke a little about buying him drinks afterwards, etc.... Little did I know, they were walk-on's (non-members) and their rounds were $135 apiece x4 = $540 the one guy just plunked down for him and his buddies.

My point is...people love golf. And those people who love golf will spend money (lot's of it) on it till the day they die. What other sport/recreation can you enjoy well into your 80's/90's (and believe me people that age are out there...I've been beaten by them!! LOL).

As for the guy who dropped over $500 bucks for a round with his friends....how much will he pay to see "The Bear". That is why it's tuff to put a price on this one.

Just some thoughts,

It breaks towards the water....
