Bulgar,

For your sake and that of other new arrivals to the AGTI thread, maybe I can recap a few things to help all. I've been following this stock for some time, bought some shares a couple of years ago, sold them (and even made a little money!!), then got involved again nearly a year ago. Between me, some friends and partners, we're holding a large number of shares. I KNEW I should have loaded up at $.05, but the chance is forever gone. Just a few weeks ago, $50K would have bought a million shares. The stuff dreams are made of...

I visited AGTI at the annual shareholder meeting last September. The products are superb and the play is fast and fun. I suggest that everyone may wish to visit the AGTI web site at:

advancedgaming.com

It's a nice site and will let you see the products plus learn some more stuff about the company.

Many of us agonized, commiserated and sometimes bickered with each other as the stock continued to drift lower during 2H98. Some people felt that a change of management was needed and were very vocal in expressing that desire. As you probably know, new management is just around the corner as a major restructure was previously announced by AGTI. Reg S was killing us and the company has now taken very formal steps to stop all the Reg S baloney. R&D time was painfully slow, burned cash....but is now behind us!!! The products are the best in this fledgling industry. BTW, bingo in the U.S. is something like a $5-6 billion annual industry..this is huge by any standard. If AGTI is successful in getting its products out there, we will all be happy campers. Margins are very high.

Past business decisions were made which didn't work out so well, those are now also behind us. Branson, MO property was purchased by AGTI and is now being developed per a prior press release.

- We finally, recently got licensed to operate in the state of Texas, which represents 40% of all charitable bingo in the U.S. This licensing process was arduous, but now we can sell product in this huge market.

- We have an exclusive deal in England with the Edward Thompson group, the 800 lb. gorilla in the $1.5 billion British bingo market. There was recently a joint promotion of AGTI's PartyMax product at Europe's largest gaming expo, so I would think we'll hear more about that alliance sometime soon.

- We have an arrangement with Sega to jointly develop Sonic bingo, the latest, greatest new development in the industry.

- We have a recently announced "partnership" with BTC, a very successful, privately held competitor. You can check out some of the terms in recent press releases, but this relationship will enable AGTI to slash expenses while gaining BTC's sales and support expertise. THIS IS MY OPINION ONLY, but I think we should see profitability in a short time frame.

I'm sure there are a million other sound bites I could provide, but this captures some of the old news as well as much more recent events. Sorry for the brevity and chopped sentences, but my wife is standing next to me with her arms crossed, patting her right foot impatiently because I promised to help move the bedroom furniture around. :o)

Good luck to all!!! And GO AGTI, you sonofa*****!!! Let those ponies run....

p.s. Frank, you just KNEW I was going to post, didn't you?? LOL
