i agree with steve i would prefer capital appreciation rather than a dividend so i only get taxed once when i sell....more stock buyback would in effect be a nontaxable dividend if management wants to distribute to the shareholders
also with the general market doing so well i dont think many people will risk money right now in a bb stock
questions..
1)when did this current round of new shares become available for selling? and how many shares?
2)when does the next round of new shares become available for selling?
and how many shares?

Steve, Just my 2 cents, but I don't really like the idea of a large one time dividend, but think that a regular quarterly dividend of maybe .05 or .10 could be a good thing. That extra cash flow give investors just one more reason to hang on to their shares. As to spending the extra $$ to buyback more shares instead of a dividend, my guess is that a large % of what the company paid out would end up being used by shareholders to purchase addl. shares, which would add a little buying pressure.
