The five ships listed for 1996 has grown to presently 2 passager carriers, 3 leased container carriers and 3 bulk carriers. They have the only container shipping route that runs from Greece to the Russian port in the Azov sea. No other container shipping to my knowledge or to the company's knowledge exists by another shipping company. I am trying to verify this. These are small ports and close the best rail connections to distribute and receive product in Russia..

Note; I have discovered all the passager ships in Greece have a small casino on board ... SO this makes the casino look promising in my opinion. I could be wrong but there could be a connection. Would not hurt if they sold it but if they don't I think it will be because of the gambling. Just have to wait and see. May not look good to have it in the shell if they are concentrating on shipping only. They can buy slot machines and gambling equipment anywhere.

According to the 8K on 12/9/1997 there is 3,450,000 issued in common shares total outstanding. I have been told only 480,000 are free trading by the company. As soon as the deal is closed there will be 6,850,000 total outstanding with 450,000 in the free trading float.

I have been assured there will be no dilution of the float.

More as I get it.

Happy Trading

Co-incidences - don't you just love them!!! gambling and shipping where have I seen those two before?? - "Comtec Int Inc" that was their big plan a few years back - back then the company was called "Nattem USA Inc" - which seems to be part of the name of the vessels mentioned in the post - I believe they are part of the Nattem Construction Group -
as I say co-incidences - but then who knows???
