Chowder, Over the last few years you have helped this octogenarian in property setting up his ret portfolio. Following along with the Old Folk helps me keep all in perspective and the results have been most satisfactory. Recently I have used the Middle Age to help me in setting up portfolios for each of my daughters, enjoying much success. And now we have the latest Div Growth model which I find more in tune with their goals, so I’ll be moving from one to the other. I like the simplicity of the Div Growth; our daughters will eventually have to pick it up on their own. Makes it easier for me to ease into a transition.
