There was a lot of strength at the close. There is something going on. I can speculate and think of a few situations:

1. Many shorted in the sevens and then in the 8's thinking the margin effect would have worn out by now. They kept holding and are now being squeezed while others are shorting thinking that TPRO has topped. Kind of a vicious cycle. (I think this is happening, but not the primary reason).

2. The FRB Margin approval brought TPRO to the attention of the Masses. Validating TPRO's story. Institutional buyers, completing their own DD, want in at these lower levels.

3. The leaked Intel news is frosting on the cake. Or, maybe other contract news was confirmed by the big boys.

If TPRO's story sinks in, and it is a compelling one, it may perform like other stocks with unbridled exuberance and travel into the 20's. The fact that Dow Jones News Wire mentioned that TPRO is alone in this market is significant. You can imagine others looking over the press releases and seeing BMY, GM, US Mint, Unilever, etc. and wondering how the heck they could have overlooked this one.

I am hoping for some significant news to be included in the Quarterly along with well executed conference call to keep the momentum going. Come on Scott L., this is your opportunity to shine.
