For a change in UTI there was a 25,000 share buy that crossed at the close today. First time in awhile that there wasn't somebody dumping at the close. On another stock, PXD, did anybody read their releases today reference divestitures and share buybacks? Thoughts? Stock was up 4%. Dave

All: I just found out there is an Oil Technology Exhibition here in H-Town on friday. I'm going to try to scrounge up a free pass and take in the sights. Will report in over the weekend.
