Moe...to be honest..I follow alot of stocks...Fidelity is so big...more than 30% of 13Gs on the stocks I track are due to Fidelity...they take basket bets because of their size...unfortunately, after their buys we are still only alittle above 20...but it does look like DIGI is ready to move...we have to wait (as usual until the big stocks get totally overvalue or are falling)

Be careful how you interpret the FMR filing. It is a statement of ownership, not necessarily a statement of recent purchase.

FMR reports on all the fidelity funds, all the shares held in street name by Fidelity Brokerage and all the shares held by the trust subsidiary. In its last annual report 3/31/97 Fidelity Magellan listed ownership of 891,900 shares of DSC. There are many other Fidelity funds that get rolled up in the FMR statement.
