John - thanks for the invitation.

We expect to have a very busy year in 1998 in Nevada and South Voisey's Bay. It is quiet right now but will not remain that way.

Nevada - Programs and geological reports from work completed over the last year in Nevada are being done right now and there will be news when exploration plans are finalized. The company is very committed to continuing to developing its 10 properties down there. From what I understand our geologists are recommending some big programs with a lot of drilling on some of the properties and that is being put together as I write. The price of gold is effecting all juniors right now but remember Nevada is the cheapest place to produce gold and probably the least expensive to explore. Pallaum is in the right area. We have some excellent properties and you will see alot of work done.

In South Voisey's Bay - AD 1 and AD 2 will see work done this season. At this point I can not elaborate because the parties are looking at their options. No final program has been put together, but drilling will take place on these high potential properties between the CYP and the NAI properties.

Hope this helps. Feel free to call me at 1-800-895-2211 or via e-mail at mcrowther@pallaum.com

Sincerely, MARK CROWTHER

P.S. Obviously the answer to question 1 is yes. Question 2 - fantastic, rejuvinated for an exciting year for plm in SVB and Nevada. Thanks for asking.
