Rob, You know rallies always start when the original diehards crack. I include myself as one of those , I have owned this stock going on 4 years. I recently had a friend of mine dump an 11,000 share position that he had purchased at the enviable price of 8 7/8, just because he too was bored. I am betting that Identix will make him look like a fool at the end of the month. Good luck, Keith

Yes buddy we are at $10 again. About twenty days after you said we would probably test the fifty two week low if we didn't have good earnings. Zacks -33%. And on Jan. 26 you said if we didn't have a reversal and close above $9.50 we "would be in trouble technically speaking". Closed at $9.375. Are you becoming a contrarian indicator? J. Saf said something a little while back about the options traders evidently seeing more action on the down side than the upside. Buck was right on that contrarian indicator. Accumulation. I won't pretend to know when the rope will get tight, but it is tightening. Has been since October. O+U

Rob, Nope. Identix will break out of its trading range very soon. The breakout will be event driven and will have legs. Spring will be good for longs. Many Commission members are reporting interesting activities that should not be discussed here yet. Project level information, Rob....not PR information. Founding members are not selling calls at the moment.....Buying perhaps, but not selling. Those who feel that IDX is treading water as many small frys forge ahead into an Identix-less biometric standard world are not aware of developing projects and pending sales. One thing that I can confirm tonight is that the Sylvan Joint Venture is proceeding with somewhat large numbers of machines being placed in large cities across the United States. I have had the chance to discuss the project with an individual who is involved with the project but does not work for Sylvan or Identix. It is my strong belief that all of the Joint Venture TP-600 machines will be sales (40k+each) for Identix. Large contracts for the joint venture are close.......many, not one. It is very plausable that over 100 machines will be placed this year......as about 1/2 that number are going in......ah.....now. bg ps. Good luck with the call writing....Three days running, my buy orders placed at mid-point have not been filled....even though the spread has been a full 25%+ of the option price. Huge spreads and no deals.......Looks like up, Rob......watch the larger blocks start moving......Institutions are finding out what we are finding out.
