Credit goes to Breeze over on Da Cheif's technology thread.


I'm of the firm belief that low priced stocks do have their day in the sun.


They usually have the highest percentage advance over most stocks.


That low priced stock run happens at the end of a large run up.


The collapse of stocks in August of 1987 started on a Monday. The Friday before that Monday the vast majority if not all of the New Highs in the Dow and Nazdaq were all less than $10.00.


That makes watching the RUT a very timely thing to do.


When Ted's kind of stocks are all doing well, it's important to have your finger on the sell side.


It's early in the game, but having an Ewave count is important.


Once selling starts on a small cap it is next to impossible to get out of a sizable position.


Selling into strength is so much better and easier to do - not to mention less stress.
