What would you consider a long time? How long do you hold
most of your investments? What % of return do you expect?
Monthly, yearly?
I think the time we have spent so far has gone by quickly.
We are waiting on news just like every other small stock. I
read several threads and the same questions are asked. This
one is no different in that regard. Patience will pay off here.
I don't think anyone will be sorry that is in now, or who buys
in at this price. IMO even up to the $2 range! And I'm talking
the next couple months or so!

Ref David Smith's post
as repeated here.

Post #4090:

Post #4092 (From the infamous David Smith):

...that post was pathetic and not worth responding to.

I had posted the following a week ago Thursday:

Here is the current information of the status of the Form 10 filing. The Form 10 is ready and
is currently in final review by the company's attorneys before submittal. The paperwork will
be filed shortly.

NOW.... does this strike anyone as odd that he posts that statement and has never talked to the company???? It does me. How can he post that as FACT? He didn't say, " I think", or "I heard"... he told you that as a fact and expected you to take it as a fact. Someone wants you all to believe that "what's his name" is not associated with or has any communication with the company, yet.... oh boy... I could say more here but this is enough to chew on for awhile.
