<< I am filing a class action lawsuit against the folks filing these
class action lawsuits. I should have been prewarned of their
intentions so I would not have suffered a loss in the stock market.
Their egregious behaviour and selfishness have caused me
personal harm. They should have been required to tell us if they
wanted to initiate litigation and been required to buy us out of the stock before they announced, at the very least.>>

Amen!

I Emailed this to these clowns (see securities attorneys) when I first heard it this am.

Dear Sirs,

I would like to inform you that a class action suit against your firm, and any other law firms perticipating in the class action against Iomega Corp.'s chief officers. Your suit is "frivolous" but additionally "malicious" and has caused a temporary but immediate drop in IOM stock share price. We suspect that you and other participating firms are engaged in market manipulation with short selling! Our counsel feels it may be difficult to prove this but that it will be equally difficult for your firm and any other firm to prove that Iomega CEO Kim Edwards and other chief officers engaged in any market manipulation of their own to increase the stock price. Additionally, delaying release of a product is certainly no grounds for a lawsuit. Iomega is a large company with global distribution and many partners and most certainly will release news products as the market warrants and only when these products meet the companies rigorous quality control.

You hear more from us shortly.

Regards,
