Under BECA, the US can share more intelligence and satellite information with India. US military leaders have said that since signing the pact, the US has been able to help India with surveillance of the Chinese military along the LAN. A short answer to a complicated issue 1. Russia in its present form must be totally dismembered into several states 2. Minsk accords were a whitewash to keep the economic interests of France and Germany in Russia intact 3. The integrity of Ukraine was totally ignored including the Crimea peninsula 4. The Donbas was repopulated with Russians under Stalin after the German Swabs were deported to Siberia - so most of the Russians there are new illegal settlers 5. In many places around the world there are minorities that were resettled including in the town I was born and grew up we lived in harmony I attended the German school 6. There is no justification whatsoever to declare Donbas an independent entity and Crimea must be returned to Ukraine as for hundred of years it was considered part of it 7. Russia since their resettlement around Moscow and Novgorod are not Slavic people in contrast to many in Ukraine which is actually a confederation of several minorities mostly Slavic 8. Since Ivan Grozny, the Times of Troubles Russia went through a period that defined their imperialistic desires all the way to Alaska and California Fort Ros. 9. Many Russians think it is their right to have those lands back 10. The Soviet Union cannibalized big parts of Romania and deported or killed most of the native population many perished in Siberia similar to what they do to Ukrainians. Similar actions were taken against Poland and other E. European countries. 11. Russia must cease to exist as a country in its present form and the sooner the better 12 The major EU countries like the Germans Italians & French are to blame, as for them $$$ and their comfort are more important than the human lives of others As a US citizen, born in Lugoj, Banat region in Romania, those are my thoughts
