Could be, no way going back and try again - in general would strongly suggest to read some Russian history to get a handle on the subject. As to myself admit was quite gullible in believing that people the world over are ALL intelligent and of high integrity if arriving at high leadership positions - unfortunate it not so. All in all there are a lot of honest decent and know legible people the world over but they are mostly restricted in non-executive political position irrelevant if nationality, in general the national/ethnic heritage has big influences.
