I don't think they will bother to indict him. I don't think they will even fine him, proving, once again, that he remains above the law.
They have every reason, politically, to indict him.

The only reason not to is to pull off some sort of 3D-chess move and allow him to run in 2024, which gives Brandon a chance at re-election.
