Bill,

I mean no disrespect with this post, and I can understand how you might be personally miffed at Pat's statement <...their new Trainer Bill "the glass is always half empty" France>.

From my observation of your activity on this thread, however (and it has been over a year now that I've been lurking and/or posting here), I'd definitely have to concur with his statement--at least how it pertains to your posting of late. Yes, I'll also gladly point out that you can be--and have been--quite a cheerleader during Franklin's many price swings to the upside.

But whether you intend to or not, you're often positively bearish/negative during those periods when Franklin's stock price is falling (even if only by a little). I know this; I've seen it! And a cursory glance in the SI archives would bear me out on this, I believe.

Again, I mean no disrespect with this post. But I thought the entirety of Pat's post was right on, both in terms of humor and, yes, accuracy.

But I suppose we can agree to disagree, if you wish.

My best to you!

Thanks for the plug Paul!!

Lighten up Bill - we're all family here! I'm just trying to toss in a bit of levity to break up the tension (if I can quote Ralph Kramden).

Besides, you shouldn't insult a celebrity such as myself. How many people do you know that have won the much coveted, Paul Hoffman "Post of the Day Award"!!

Smile once in a while. It doesn't hurt at all!
