Joe,

I'm glad to hear the other Joe agreed to end this thread and go on the other. It ought to make life simpler for all of us. See you (and everybody) over there.

Note: Think I'll stay out of the discussions about dividends or other means of distributions as everything would just be pure speculation at this point.

Dan

DCTC

1 simple question. This co. has a buy back plan and it has been in
exsistance for at least a week, and the price keeps going
down, who has enough shares to sell, overcome the buy back and suppress the price?

2 With all this good news and promises of great profits and money to
be made, why would someone with all these shares sell them with
support of the buy back? There should be no downside!!!!!

Answer: IMHO there is someone very close to co. who's selling.

Why!!!!!!!! DOES HE KNOW SOMETHING OR JUST STUPID!!!

Tom

P.S.
I do own DCTC shares but I'm just curious!!!

HMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Joe this is a growth company so I think a dividend would be a waste .
Both from a tax standpoint for most stockholders and relative to the growth the company could achieve by re-investing it.

Long term capital gains or stock on a buy-out great, but a dividend would be short sighted IMO. Other options would be to buy back shares or to buy back the performance incentives from previous acquisitions. Please don't suggest a dividend to the company. bh
