We'll see. IIRC, the last time we had that, we didn't do a major infrastructure thing, we didn't pass the chips, and we didn't have the climate/energy bill we're about to see approved. I think there will be some inflation, but without stagnation.

Last time I looked, my $27K 70's home in Redwood City was worth over $1M, and when I went to town yesterday, the 70's were on my radio. When I bought that home in '74, I paid 9.5% interest. My father couldn't believe it' "In my day,5% was a lot." I think it was like 15 or 20 years B4 interest dropped back to 9.5%.
