Qone0, I'm on the side of the law. If Trump broke the law, the search warrant is justified.

One argument I heard, however, is that Hillary Clinton also broke the law in a similar manner and illegally retained classified documents. She never had her house raided.

And James Comey, FBI director at the time, declined to recommend charges even though he called her actions "extremely careless." At the time, I was highly skeptical of the difference between "extreme carelessness" and "gross negligence":

What if Trump was found to be "extremely careless"? Will his motives be deemed "benign" like Hillary's were? If so, will he get a #hillarypass?
