I like the stock and am thinking of buying it. I think that with projected 1998 earnings of $1.30 (zacks) a PE of 30 gives us $39/share. Accustaff looks like it usually beats out estimates, So I think we'll probably see $40-$45 by the end of this year. I'd have no complaints with a return like that this year.

I have two questions:

1) I looked at the chart, and it looks like the 50 DMA is moving downward through the 200 DMA. I'm not a technical expert, so I need to ask you guys... How much of a negative is this? will this take us back down to support around 23?

2) What are the major issues facing this company? what could prevent it from making it's earnings projections?

Thanks for any & all help. For now I'm going to sit on the sideline and see If I can get in @23. After that I'm going to ride this stock into the 40s
