The other day I saw a video clip of a Tibetan mastiff standing guard over an old wolf so he could eat in peace. He kept the other wolves away while the old guy was laying on the ground gnawed at the prey. At one point in time he actually stood on top of the old wolf (feet on either side of him) creating a shelter under which he ate.

It was really something to see.

It's not just puppies.. it is also folks with aggressive tiny dogs... I had to restrain one of my cattle doggies once from biting one in half.. and it was the docile of my pair..
