I guess you think the 10,000,000,000,000 came from no where? Plus the 20,000,000,000,000 MI budget over twenty years was.......................... FREE? It's kind of like those auto loans "no payment fist year" ... you spent the money your going to pay A LOT more in the coming years due to interest. DUH! I think the Chinese spent their 30,000,000,000,000 building their tech economy. They gained interest. I think Americans like you can't count. And that goes for all 4 major parties Democrats, independents, republicans and Trump worshippers.
