George, my message wasn't directed at you (if thats what you thought). And I've never heard of a company distributing shares of another company to its shareholders as a dividend, since they're essentially just current assets. I'm no accountant (sorry), but as a finance major, I don't think I've heard of such a thing being done (although it would be interesting to discuss if you have heard of a case). - ST
