I have followed this stock for a while now and repeat it is worth checking out. I know people have lost $$ on this stock (I always get at least one angry reply when this company is mentioned) because of the late development of the market but I believe the market is this year. There is a lot more to the story then what is posted at the above site and the story below. Unfortunately since it is under $5 I cannot use it in the stock contest.

Here's a follow-up on Telular Inc (WRLS). To my knowledge, WRLS is the only company that manufactures a terminal unit or interface technology. When considering the substantial market demand for communication services by foreign countries, WRLS is ideally positioned for strong growth. Based on the company's new products and strong booking figures, WRLS appears to be on track to report improved profitability. The company has yet to consistently
report positive earnings. However, last quarter's results provides signs that WRLS may be on the brink of reporting a profit in the fourth quarter. If WRLS can achieve profitability by late 1998 and sustain it, WRLS shares should trade higher. The company has a top-notch customer base comprising of Ericsson (ERICY), Motorola (MOT) and Lucent (LU). The company has a few analysts that follow the stock. Thus, if they do deliver earnings, you can bet that the Street will take notice. The risk to the story is that the visibility of their product orders is minimal.
