Half a million!!! Good for the lady with the table!!! I could tell that she wasn't that emotionally attached to it. Didn't that old geezer with the fake Tiffany vase look like he was going to jump that appraiser last night? He was the most disgruntled guy I have run across on the show. Ha ha!! For some reason I love it when the owners really blow it and have their stuff refinished. Remember the $30,000 New England chest that would have been ten times that, as I recall, if that nice couple didn't take the old, black/red looking finish off? Now I know a lot more what to do if I stumble on something interesting, for sure. What I meant is that the water has been off in Bolinas, where Sugar lives, for a couple of weeks. Now Sugar is no drunk or anything, but she does enjoy a glass of something alcoholic to free up her creative urges when she writes, and of course without any fresh water for a couple of weeks you can imagine that she has been, um, writing quite a lot with all of that wonderful North Coast wine and boutique beer which are so easily accessible in Marin County. Are you feeling better after your flu, Carol? Yes, yes, Terrence is one smooth operator. One, admittedly extremely sweet, post about the most important parts of love, and he has redeemed himself completely. He is a real sweety!!! <<);^)
