Dear Carole, why would you hide in the background? Your posts ask legitimate questions. Questions that each of us should be asking. Sometimes those questions can make us uncomfortable as they force us to evaluate our decisions. But Hey, I appreciate your careful style and obvious determination to secure the truth. I'll use all the help I can get and you have made me analyze my position more than once. This is always the most difficult time for a thread. Waiting...... If I was not waiting for the form 10 it would be for something else. Like you, I am uneasy about some of the goings on. I am still of the opinion that we will not see much movement with CSMA until mid March or early April. Even if there have been games afoot, I am still comfortable with what I perceive to be the direction of the company. I do envy KZAP's ability to purchase at current levels.....................Maybe a question we could ask ourselves is, if this was a new discovery, would we buy at current levels? I think so. The risk / return potential still looks attractive. I am very curious about the David mystery and I would welcome "the rest of the story", but am more interested in Form 10, JV gas, LPS, and the chicken fat progress at the moment. May I say to those of you in MDMI, I feel your pain, but from afar. Back to work for me, Later, Chuck Messick
