Exactly Jimbo... Once an 8K is filed the company structure changes completely. Last year many shells with horrible backgrounds took on acquistions and went right on up and everyone was wondering what happen. I am looking for these deals. They are extrememly hard to fine but they are out there. I found this one because of the casino.

I found MIDL by following Steven King and once these companies change tickers they start a fresh start. You are right as far as your figures on the shares to date and the float. You are also right on the restricted shares getting the restriction lifted and what not.

Good DD. I am impressed. People when they learn to do DD properly and leave so much of the internet speculation on what things mean behind they will know what to look for. Heck MEME is a horrible company but about to turn around and I had been watching it but I missed it. However FBRR I own some and researching it also.

There is so much more to DD than pulling up the past of a company.
Again once an 8K is filed the past no longer matters if it is an empty of out of business shell.

with 3.45 outstanding I do think we have much to worry about considering the outstanding will go to 6.85 once the closing is done and the float remains the same.

Happy Trading

I totally agree CNHH float looks great. . .

And as a way to make a quick buck, I'd say you guys have spotted a winner. But, due to recent skepticism, I have turned to the LONG side of the force.

I've got to see those green ships smoothly sailing over the green waters with the sound of CHA-CHING heard loudly in its wake before I plunk down my greenbacks. Speaking of which, only about 1,800 bucks traded on CNHH last 2 days. And Yes, I see the movement.

Being not much of a gambler, I rarely leave Vegas a winner.
Tho I never leave it a whiner.
