Dandy,

Absolutely correct advice. We finally got rid of cs over at Dell by using that tactic. Most of us tuned him out and he did eventually go away. He is an ugly sob that will provoke you to respond, which is exactly what he wants. If everyone ignores him, he has nothing to say.

By the way, it is safe to come back to Dell now.
