I am feeling a bit out of sorts this AM, foggy brain. Apparently it's affecting my ability to sell something. I actually bought another 1/2 sized lot this morning so the old.. better lucky than good theory seems to be in play here

I am selling that lot and the 1/2 I intended to sell this AM.
