Anybody see my new short AOL reported .17›, 1 penny above estimates. So now, it has a forward PE of only about 120 to 130. And a present market cap of about $11 1/2 Billion. AOL trades at 5 1/2 times Sales. And, to support these numbers, they beat the Street by a penny.

So far, I am barely in the money on AOL, 'cause it closed at about $109. I shorted it at $111 1/2. They also announced a 2 for 1 stock split.

Maybe the newbies will rush in to think they are going to get AOL On Sale, and push it up even higher. When a stock has this much momentum and Street favor, nothing can stand in its way-- not fundamentals, not reality, not the future. All that matters is that it continues to go Up and Up.

* As a side note, the CEO gave a masterful CC. Everything looks so rosy in AOL-Land.
