Good Evening: Have been reviewing the SC13D and SC13G filings at Edgar. (SC13D made by person(s) reporting beneficial ownership of common stock by a certain person.) (SC13G Statement of beneficial ownership of common stock by a certain person.)

Was just curious what had transpired since Microsoft filed on the 29th of December. This is a partial list of Companies and individuals who have filed since December 29, 1997.

Strome Susskind Investment Management

These folks are not filing because they purchased a few shares. They are major holders in the Preferred of PLPT (dgsd) and have invested a pretty good amount of money in a money losing Company. I also do not think they are in for a double.

Would suggest a person preview the Edgar filings if they are unsure about this investment. I've hung my hat in a lot worse company than these folks.

Have a Good One,

Jim
