Jeff:

Don't know much about State Street, but I have been following Westell daily for over a year, and one thing puzzled me. I was accustomed to the drifting downwards, but usually on LOW volume (MM'ers etc....). (eg 100,000 shares).

What has been driving me crazy has been the 500,000 share days consistently with really, very little price action or news - just same old drifting, which might indicate that there are as you say buyers out there to somewhat temper someone trying to liquidate one's position.

On the other hand, the stability and small upticks we are seeing with equally strong volume seem to indicate that perhaps the tide has turned.

Hopefully we have turned a corner.

Dave

FYI: State Street is one of the biggest "Quant" fund manager, ie, they only use computer models to pick their stocks. I'm not worried if they sell WSTL.....usually the Quants don't even know by name what they are holding
