Shell exec quoted as saying they may have to reduce their exploration budget if oil price does go up. Need access for bloomberg. They won't allow cut and paste either.

The fact that the sector exhibited strength today after turning down in their stochastics was significant. The small dip the last few days is beginning to look like just a pause that refreshes. I have a bad feeling that my 20% cash may be left out in the cold on the next runup. At least I may be able to get back in to FGII lower than where I sold it. I'll be buying into weakness tomorrow, especially the drillers that Thean mentioned. This sector has definitely turned around, confounding stochastics. I'm 100% back in tomorrow.
