Bob,

I suggest you go back and look at the 10q from Oct. Yes there were insider sales but nowhere near the highs this stock saw. As for why they sold, I would suggest you ask the independent parties involved. But considering that Carraway apparently has been pouring his own treasure into maintaining the financial status of this company for many years now, I can't blame him. Again, I suggest that you speak with them about it the matter. What I'm concerned with is the future and the confidence that this company will be toeing the line relative to accurate information.

Also, O'Brien apparently was putting more money into the company last winter under restricted status apparently to fund the company's final assembly operations and prevent the company having to seek more dilutive financing alternatives... (remember the annoucement about the NY investment firm signing on from Fall, 1996?? I wonder why they didn't use them???.. :0) And as for the sales by O'Brien back in Fall,1996.. apparently he claims to have been engaged in facilitating the liquidation of an estate that contained a large block of GRNO stock. He would buy it from the estate in chunks and then sell it gradually into the market to prevent a collapse of the price like we saw when the 100,000 share estate sale went through in April,1997. But you'll have to ask him yourself.

Face it... we're all surprised that this stock ever started trading again, if only on the pink sheets. If we see OTC:BB reestablished by Mmkrs, I see it as the light at the end of the tunnel. Lord knows that not many microcap companies survive a SEC trading halt, let alone have a market of any kind reestablished in their stock.

Just my humble opinion.

Regards,

Ron
