That is not true at all!!!! If the co is sold, the warrants are the same as stock at the conversion price. They are not worthless!!!! Careful in what you say, this is misleading!!!! SPEEDY=========================

I have to disagree with your opinion on stock/warrants movement. If the stock rallies, the warrants will also rise. If we reach execution they will move together proportionately. You are correct in cases where there is a big disparity between stock price and execution price though. I strongly disagree that people who own stock don't warrants. Most savvy investors use the two hand in hand. Some of the resentment I see on this thread towards warrantholders shows a lack of understanding as to what they are all about. To the people who don't like them, you should only consider stocks that haven't issued them.
