He said they had been in talks but Bay was very displeased with Fore's attitude and something about their compensation plan for the reps. The Network World article does not state anything that has not been talked about by Cringley for two weeks(except the mention of NEC). I think it may turn out that FORE ticked off Bay and Bay may then turn and go with someone else just for spite. I hope I am wrong. I still maintain a long position in this stock but if attitude got in the way and this deal does not get done between Bay and FORE then it may be time to hit the highway.
