Once you get on the market's money, let'r run and hope it goes parabolic

can certainly go a lot higher but I'm not sure of the catalyst for the rise other than just about every minority owned bank was trading at a significant discount to book VALUE - which was my reason for entry.
(...and just about every one of them has gone UP)

Banks don't usually go parabolic in the way other stocks might go parabolic in that they are regulated by the FDIC and I dont think I've ever witnessed a buyout at over 2x book.

Bob, I'm currently adding to USMT. I think its worth taking a look at. It's another minority owned bank, but in this case Asian. I had another Asian owned bank in So Cal that got bought out at around 2x book.

USMT is currently trading near its BV of $4.82

Take a look at their second quarter financial results and do the math in the first paragraph. (I know you're a smart guy)

With housing slowing down some due to rise in interest rates downside targets are ~ $4.50 / $4.00 / $3.60

with the upside open and if it becomes a buyout target then 1.5x - 2x whatever its trading at. Divy raise is also a possibility.
