If USA Empire left all foreign bases you might not be writing total trash. Sevastopol is hardly a foreign base for Russia, which doesn't have an empire. I am curious to see how far from Congress as epicentre 20 megatons would obliterate. It's surprising how few Americans even take the situation seriously.
