To all:

Two things of note.

First, the Motley Fool board on AOL now lists us under "TAVA." They moved it from TPRO with no warning or directions on where it was.

Second, the journal of the Defense Research Institute, "For the Defense," has as it's February cover story an article about Y2K and litigation, liability of companies, etc. DRI is an organization of insurance defense attorneys, in-house attorneys, insurance claims people, etc.

Many have wondered about news releases and that sort of thing. While the article does not deal in depth enough to get into embedded chips, the thrust is all about liability issues associated with the problem, and explains the concerns I have expressed here and on AOL about why companies won't willingly acknowledge their problems, for fear of being sued, as well as for fear of being sued if they do.

Check with a lawyer friend if you want to see the story, tho it really isn't something we all don't know here so well.

Bull KLN, HA! I just want to leave you guys alone for awhile because I am nice enough and I don't want to rain on anyone's parade. But I will be back, you bet. I haven't sold my 1900 shares either, getting very close, and I will announce when I do. Don't have too many shares but made enough money in 2 weeks for a nice vacation next month. I have already warned people that this is a hot air balloon, gamble at your own risk, so I have done my duty as a web citizen. If people are dumb enough to throw money into this one and not knowing when to get out, that's none of my problem. The last 2 days or so that I have been quiet on this thread, I can see all kinds of over exuberant posts about Intel relationship flying all over this thread. Yeah that's right, TOPRO will help Intel redesign the chips and clean up their fab. ROFLMAO. I can't wait to see TOPRO help Intel and the FAA, and FDA. With PLC, that's right. And some CDs. This company will make 3.00 EPS selling CDs. Many thanks for the comic relief.

Btw, I just gambled today with a hot IPO called CDNW (CDNow), they sell CDs on the Internet. May you guys suggest to Jenkins to get a "engagement" with CDNow.
