Alan, from reading your original post it seems like they will only be able to operate their wireless internet in limited areas when they get the capital. I'm not sure what kind of range that subscribers will
have and what kind of equipment they will use to recieve/transmit
signals.

There is also acontradictory statement in the company release. It states that they will use 2-way modems but Mr. Loflin stated that they
could provide internet access w/o modem or phone line.

I couldn't find info on who would manufacture the modems or what the
actual costs would be as far as activation and subscriber charges.

I don't mean to sound skeptical but just trying to do DD before I
invest. CAWS did more testing in major markets in the worst conditions to prove their technology. The market might be limited to only investors or travelling business people carrying laptops.
