Hutch; Somebody must have been impressed because they bid this puppy up to a whopping 12 cents. I guess there is now way to find out if anything went down yesterday - of course I am assuming that someone besides the 4 directors was there. NOTE; according to my package none of the directors of this company own any shares - only options. To you question. These guys are all directors of a company called Prime Equities or Prime something

Hutch _ i should have got you to go to this meeting - I just read the last SEDAR report. Notes _ resource properties 1996 - $718,000 1997 - $418,000 April 30 -$142,000 They have $2,760 in the bank as of then but still pay Prime $5,000 per month. My little Math of assets of $227,00 versus liabilities before Sh equity of $150,000 - Me dinks we have a true penny stock - It is worth a goddam penny. This has got to be one of the most miserable examples of building shareholder value. yet the Post and The Globe write articles and give this clown front page coverage for turning the parent company in a new direction. I think this is a case, like you say, where some people should take over this company that are willing to do something with their properties. I suspect that HDD is a filing cabinent in a closet at Prime and that is it. they should be embarrassed by this performance - Where is the drilling - what happened to the PP???? MAYBE THE FP OR GLOBE should do an article on HDD. JIMSY call your buddy. Boy am I pissed - I guess I should be happy someone is willing to still pay 5 cents.
