Re the 10 yr forgot to note that there is a half cycle, i.e. the ~ 4.5 yr cycle.

We are fast approaching that cycle top, due ~ turn of year, to mid 1st quarter. Then we should get a decent dump.

So if Powell raises here as expected we bump up a bit, but probably nearing an IT top.
