Hi Bruce, This note is to all and not directed to you Bruce. Well I made it back only to see the same old..same old postings. I'm gone and Tom comes on to answer questions and then there is Shadow. Well Shadow I think your time is over. Tomorrow is a court hearing. Yes it is routine but nothing with this compnay has ever been routine. I do agree with Tom in that this company is far better than it was a few years ago BUT a few years ago we had only 40M shares out. Now we have close to 100M shares out. Shareholders have had enough. WE WANT A MEETING!!! WE WANT A VOICE!!! WE ARE ENTITLED TO A VOICE!!!! If the company responded to the court in a letter than I will again be the only one at the court to represent TMMI. That has happened before! I will give all a report of what takes place. It seems the company does not. I have tried to work with the company before to get a shareholders meeting but have been out-tricked by a very intellegent Harvard graduate. I have had it and I think most of you have too. I have been accused of causing problems for the company. If wanting a shareholders meeting is problems then folks we are in trouble. jp, I do want this company to succeed. But succeed for all the shareholders and not a few chosen ones. I will be there tomorrow. I am 5'10' with a dk brown hair, glasses, and 51 yrs old. Look for me! Larry
