It was incorrect, hyperbolic, and defamatory, which makes you part of the problem. it is inappropriate behavior and outside the rule of law Are we still talking about the photo of the documents on the ugly carpet? I'm straining to see what that has to do with the rule of law. It's not apparent to me why the FBI chose to include it in the filing other than to demonstrate that there really, really were classified documents found, in case the judge doubted their one sentence statement that there were. It's also not apparent to me what you find so horrible about having included it. I can see where some dummies might have looked at it, failed to notice the ruler, and thought the FBI was suggesting that the documents were found strewn on the floor, which feels worse than Trump simply having them, a sign of disrespect compounding and aggravating the crime of simple mishandling. But I don't get the outsized offense taken with that, particularly by people who are not remotely troubled by the underlying fact of Trump having taken the stuff in the first place.which demands that people who are being accused of things are entitled to be treated fairly. We've been over this before. The way that the FBI and other prosecutors treat people fairly is to keep their investigations secret so as not to subject their subjects to being tried in the court of public opinion. Throughout this exercise, the FBI has tried to keep their workings secret. It's Trump and his supporters who put the doings in the limelight due to their outrage and distrust. That's an own goal. You have no grounds to complain about the documents the FBI legitimately tried to keep secret getting out there. You're the one not thinking rationally.
