Thanks Bill. I was digging through Edgar a few minutes ago looking for this. God, did I feel burned when I read it last year. Ron, were you really unaware of this until tonight? "Because the Company has not registered its securities under the Exchange Act, neither it, nor its officers, directors and 5% shareholders have filed other reports otherwise required thereunder, including reports required pursuant to Sections 13 and 16 of the Exchange Act. The Company, and, to the best of its knowledge, such officers, directors and shareholders, have no present intention of filing such reports." You must also be pretty disappointed since you and your wife plunged so much of your money into the stock and the LP. Do you think that Bill and Bo and other insiders are steadily selling?
